Games can be played through from start to finish for a fully immersive experience or you can simulate being a manager with Fast Mode or being a GM by simulating weeks, months or entire seasons at a time. All of this is totally optional, though you will be offered trades by other teams from time to time. A few days later, you find out if the other GM accepted or rejected your offer. Before the trade is confirmed, you get feedback about the odds it will be accepted in the form of a zero to five star rating.
